BKC's primary product is specialty arabica processed to the highest quality standards. Our two flagship profiles — Zinule and Naginzole — represent the full expressive range of Elgon arabica, from the clarity of a fully washed lot to the depth of a carefully dried natural.

Zinule
Clarity. Brightness. Precision.
Zinule is our fully washed specialty profile, processed through careful sorting, pulping, fermentation, and washing of parchment. The result is a clean, bright cup that expresses the high-altitude character of Mount Elgon arabica — delicate acidity, floral aromatics, and a refined, lingering finish.

Naginzole
Depth. Sweetness. Complexity.
Naginzole is our natural process profile, produced through careful sorting and drying of whole coffee cherries under controlled conditions. The extended contact with the fruit imparts deep sweetness, stone fruit complexity, and the full-bodied richness that defines a great East African natural.
